But you can easily create them using Adobe Spark Post!
Read further to learn how.
Choose Any Custom Size Graphic

Add Background Color
Click on the Photo button and add your banner image. Either move freely or add to the background.
Add Phrase or Message
Next step is to add text such asa phrase or message. I recommend using a bold style font.
Add Rectangle Shapes
The next steps will take some time because you will be creating multple rectangles in various sizes and colors to create the shadow effect.
Click on the Icon tool and type in rectangle. Select a rectangle and choose a color.
Rotate and Duplicate
Rotate the rectangle about 45º and place it above the last letter of your text. With the rectangle selected, click the Duplicate tool and place over the letter. Repeat the process until you have the letter slightly covered.
Group and Move to Back
Next, select all the rectangles and group them.
Place Behind Text
With the grouped shapes selected, click the Layer Order tool and move down.
Repeat Steps
To add additional shadow colors, repeat the entire shoes for each successive letter.
You may need to rearrange ordering of shadows as you create additional shadows.
When you are done, export the project as a graphic.
